Jennifer Mckenzie

Born in Dundee, Jennifer studied Fine Art at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design and now stays in the Angus Countryside.

Having spent many childhood holidays exploring the Highlands and North West coast of Scotland an appreciation for the landscape was instilled in her from a young age, with rugged mountain scenery proving to be a favoured subject of the artist.

Working primarily with ink, Jennifer enjoys the clean lines and attention to detail that can be captured in the medium. Through this rhythmic process of mark making the artist carves out time to reflect on the tranquillity of the Scottish landscape and the beauty of its design.
