Lindsay Dudley

Lindsay is a self taught artist who began her painting journey in 2017 after a knee injury left her housebound and looking for a creative outlet. She began playing with light and shade and now primarily paints landscapes, exploring her deep connection to nature.

Sky and sea, especially within the often dramatic and picturesque Scottish landscape, are the things that Lindsay continually returns to. Describing herself as an atmospheric painter, her distinct, colourful work suggests an impressionistic style, expressing her love of the sea and its powerful beauty.

Painting from her home studio in Stirling, Lindsay now exhibits with galleries around Scotland. Her work has been purchased from customers around the globe and she has completed commissions of many well-loved places.
