Liz Dulley

Born in Nottingham 1965, Liz moved age fourteen to Invergowrie by Dundee, where she still lives.

After studying Biotechnology and embarking on a career in nursing, Liz was drawn by her childhood interest in painting and studied Fine Art at Dundee College in 2002 gaining HNC Fine Art With Merit In Watercolour Techniques.

Liz continues to explore the possibilities of watercolour painting, specializing in the wildlife, flora and fauna found at and around her home. She is a Tutor of Art at Forgan Arts Centre and undertakes painting workshops and demonstrations of watercolour technique. 

A member of the Paisley Art Institute, ART 309 and The Sketchbook Group, Liz has had work selected for the Artist Of The Year exhibition at The Mall Galleries, London, and shown regularly at The Royal Society Of Scottish Painters In Watercolour and her works have featured in exhibitions in Italy and Ukraine. She has held several successful solo exhibitions at The University Of Dundee Botanic Gardens.

Liz holds several Art Awards and Commendations, and her work ‘Turkish Delight’ is part of The Dundee & Angus College Collection.
