Victoria Wylie

Victoria graduated from Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design in 1997 with a BDes (Hons) in Constructed Textiles and in 2003 with a Master of Fine Art.

Initially after art school, Victoria trained as a Goeblin tapestry weaver, before redirecting her focus on painting. She is now well regarded as a contemporary landscape painter and exhibits with a number of galleries in Scotland.

Victoria finds inspiration from the landscape around her home and throughout Scotland, focusing on line, colour and pattern to create striking and abstract impressions of a place.
